30 DAYS Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that all returns are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy

Our 30-day full coverage return/exchange policy covers the following reasons:

1. Wrong color size, fabric or pattern.
2. The item not as described.
3. The Package was damaged when received.
4. The item is stained or damaged.


The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return/exchange policy, and we will not be held responsible for these issues:

1. Products that have passed the return processing window (30 days after the order is signed).
2. Non-quality issues with products.
3. Choosing the wrong size for the product.
4. Personal reasons, such as changes in taste, mind, etc.
5. Items without tags or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable.
6. Items worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange will not be returned.

Cancellation policy

After submitting your order , we will begin production on your items. If you want to cancel or change your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel for free. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all canceled or changed orders (after 24 hours). 

Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.

Return Service Procedure

To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our representatives will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you need help, please email If it is a quality issue, please provide an order number and attach clear photos of the items representing the issue.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. 
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
